Rapid Response Emergency Fund

CFFI grantees are eligible for rapid response small grants to address an emergency impacting the organization, staff, or community leaders.  We understand that frontline EJ organizations may need quick resources to maintain campaign momentum, support their staff in a time of need, or participate in community-led mutual aid strategies. Emergencies may include:

• COVID 19 pandemic and health care support

• Emergency campaign expenses

• Legal services to defend against incarceration, eviction, or deportation

• Mutual aid programs
